Anyway - the first wave of Aggregated Folds was meant to be like a weird wiki deep dive, recorded through the thread conversation, but written in a voice that seemed interesting to read. I was telling the model to write up the discussion in various voices, but the ideas were mine. So, I made this blog, Aggregated Folds, to be a receptacle for that new LLM-generated wiki-slash-personal story-slash-writing style of someone good - experiment. So then, my task was simply go for a long run at w.oodland down these ridiculously straight farm roads and think of a particular topic, discuss it at length - wiki diving - with an LLM, then have it generate an interesting story that discusses it and add a few personal details - something I throw in that spurred the thought through-line in the first place.so, i made this blog, Aggregated Folds to be a receptacle for that new LLM generated wiki-slash-personal story-slash-writing style of someone good- experiment. It felt pretty fake, to be honest. The other thing I do around w.oodland and post online is photography. Photography is real. The above timelapse is super real. I stood in the weeds while my frozen pizza from Menards cooked in the RV-sized propane stove, pushing the remote shutter button on my trusty Canon 6D and nice Oben tripod - 15s exposures while changing the aperture and counting. For real, I did that while holding a bowl of saltines and Walmart $1 mackerel. Happy Halloween.felt pretty fake, to be honest. So, I'm evolving Aggregated Folds live here. I'm going to swap styles from that AI-written essay stuff to my own writing with just a little cleanup. I swear I went to school for a lot of years - and you know, yadda yadda - anyway, here we are. I like to write this way and I'm not conforming to standard practice. The world is becoming too homogenous with regard to style - so let's all just be ourselves. If you don't like it, don't look and love on the double space.so, i'm evolving Aggregated folds live here.
